Many different kinds RF-Pallets® increase handling speeds enormously and allow cheaper cardboard slipsheets to be used cutting costs still further. Once goods have been placed on these pallets, they can be stored in the warehouse in the same way as standard pallets. As soon as containers arrive, in-house RF-Pallets® can then be taken out of the rack system.

Increased Handling Speed with RF-Pallet®

Countless products are packed in synthetic or paper sacks, weighing up to 25 kg. To increase container-loading speeds, a wooden RF-Pallet® can be used. Forklift truck drivers can then load 40-feet containers in only 15 minutes. This used to be performed manually taking two people at least 50 minutes.
