Frozen Food Handling (Pallet Inverter)

To avoid waste and additional slipsheet costs, a third ROLLERFORK® can be used to support goods without the need for slipsheets. Pallets take up a lot of extra space and are expensive. Slipsheets take up less space and are much more affordable. Manual handling is also an option, but increases labour costs. Replacing standard pallets with pallets with an extra support slat makes it possible to place boxes directly onto forks. A third ROLLERFORKS® in the middle supports the inner layer of boxes. For standard pallet-handling purposes, the middle ROLLERFORK® can be retracted upwards. A special profile can be fitted onto pallet inverters to make handling even more flexible.
